I believe every person deserves support when they need it most. Sometimes, in moments of stress, overwhelm, or emotional distress, what we need most is simply someone willing to listen without judgment. Having experienced firsthand what it feels like to struggle without support, I made the decision to become that person for others. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood.
